Global World Conference on Early Childhood Care and Education: Tashkent Declaration and Commitments to Action for Transforming Early Childhood Care and Education, 16 November 2022 2022 UNESCO From 14 to 16 November 2022, the second World Conference on Early Childhood Care and Education took place in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Over 2,600 conference participants from 147 Member States, including ministers, development partners, practitioners, scientists, civil society, and private organizations, came together to reaffirm the right of every young child to quality early childhood development, care, and education. The Tashkent Declaration and Commitments to Action for Transforming Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) sets out the guiding principles and strategies for the urgent transformation of ECCE for accelerating achievement of SDG Target 4.2, and concrete actions for Member States, the international community, non-governmental organizations, and UNESCO to be regularly monitored, reviewed, and evaluated. Global Digital Resource Guide: Media Education Against Hate Speech 2022 Esplai Foundation We could define hate speech as the set of communicative actions aimed at defending, promoting or instigating hatred, humiliation or contempt of a person or group of people. Although hate speech is not something exclusive to the Internet, but is part of the reality beyond the networks, it is true that the potential of the networks facilitates the movement of communication flows, because it facilitates both the production and the creation of messages. Hate speech has also benefited from this and, in addition, has found in the networks other characteristics such as anonymity, brevity, free messaging services or legitimacy granted by the number of followers. With this guide we want to provide digital tools for the creation of this counter-discourse that allows for the creation of messages that offer a positive alternative to extremist propaganda.  Latin America and the Caribbean School Convivencia : Reviewing the Concept (Psicoperspectivas; No. 18, Vol. 1) 2019 Cecilia Fierro-Evans Patricia Carbajal-Padilla Catholic University of Valparaíso School of Psychology This article reports an effort to review the concept of school convivencia (peaceful coexistence, living together) in the Spanish context with the purpose of advancing into its clarification, and thus contributing to developing a common language in the Latin American region. The authors conduct a basic literature review oriented to identify the main theoretical approaches in the convivencia field. Subsequently, they analyze four studies focused in systematizing the prevailing approaches in the study of school convivencia. As a result, they propose a concept of convivencia from a social justice perspective adapted to education, and they operationalize it in three areas of school life: pedagogical-curricular, organizationaladministrative, and the socio-communitarian. Les équipes de journalistes et d’enquêteurs de l'ONG peignent un portrait plutôt sombre, avec notamment un recul du droit des femmes, les conséquences dramatiques du réchauffement climatique sur les populations les plus vulnérables, le recul du droit de manifester, ou encore la prolifération de la haine en ligne dans le monde. La multiplication des conflits armés et le choc du 7 octobre ont également eu des conséquences dramatiques. TheNGO's teams of journalists and investigators paint a rather gloomy picture, with, in particular, a decline in women's rights, the dramatic consequences of global warming on the most vulnerable populations, a decline in the right to protest, and the proliferation of online hate around the world. The multiplication of armed conflicts and the shock of October 7 have also had dramatic consequences. However, there is some good news too, with advances in LGBTI rights for example.
